In addition to various issues, I tripped and injured my knee on poorly maintained and loose carpet near the 11th floor elevator lobby. I reported it to the manager and was asked to fill out a form. There was zero care or concern. They didn’t so much as offer an ice pack. They’ll be receiving medical bills and can fight my insurance company over it. "
