「Perfect location to everything (shopping and restaurants). Staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast offered options for every one. Pillows in room are awesome. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Spokane.」

「As a continental breakfast, the variety was actually quite good. Unfortunately, the hotel really needs a better chef—the potatoes were mushy and burnt, sausages took 30 minutes to come out, the eggs were overcooked, and the toaster setting was too long, leaving the bread burnt. The room itself was decent, but check-in was a nightmare. We waited nearly an hour because of poor communication between the hotel and EXPEDIA. 「After a long day of driving we arrived at 11:45pm to be told they could not help us because their systems were down and we needed to go elsewhere. Horrible for us and we get unexpected problems can happen but under the circumstances they could have offered to recommend somewhere else and imagine if they even called ahead to see if there was a room available! 「Check in and check out we’re very easy and the staff was friendly. Overall, the facility was very clean, but my bed was, again, as I have stayed at this facility numerous times, lumpy and saggy. I wish they would replace the beds with new ones that are firm and not lumpy or saggy! Further, the free breakfast is a nice option, but they need more organic and less processed food choices.」

「Have stayed here previously and it doesn't disappoint. Very clean and comfortable rooms and such easy access to the Spokane Airport. 24 hour shuttle service is reason for staying here. Just wish at the price there was some type of continental breakfast offerred. It would be nice to be able to grab a muffin or something quick without having to buy breakfast.」
