「This hôtel is mostly like haunted house with many parts not renovated for a decade.
Wifi was very bad at the third floor so don't expect that much there.
Aircon was also bit noisy.」
「The property was clean, including the bedroom. The bedroom was very small but you get what you pay for.
We had a complication with check in. We booked through Expedia but the hotel said we had two rooms booked and both were without breakfast. We showed them that we had only one room booked with breakfast. This left our check in process extended and we kept showing them the confirmation information. After a period of time they agreed to give us the breakfast.
The location is really out of town...

「This Hotel is worth having a look at 10/10.. seriously.. King Bed is super comfy. Good size room with balcony. Large TV. easy walk to the beach through Great Western Plus Hotel. They even provide a harder or softer pillow for your comfort.. So, they are very considered overall to your needs. The bathroom is more than adequate.
Top value overall if you want close to all restaurants and great beach access. 」
「I’d to book 3 rooms last minute as our flight got delayed by one day. The staff is excellent, the front desk even went out of their way to make room suggestions. The rooms are very clean, spacious, bathrooms are excellent and the A/C (mini split) works as designed. The private beach is clean, infinity pool looks amazing and the Koi fish in the lobby was such a nice surprise. Excellent resort. 」

「I requested ground floor rooms because my mother has mobility issues. I requested too in the virtual chat but when my family arrived, the staff were unaware. In the end, they placed them in a smaller room (4 persons instead of 7 persons) in the ground floor and the second room in the third floor which is not the purpose of this short getaway. This was a get together family celebration and the staff should have been more careful in reading the requests of the guests especially for the disability...
"There was a very bad smell in the bathroom (really bad) and we reported to the front desk at the first night but it was around 10pm they said they do not have 24 hour service. They fixed the problem on the next day but we could not get to sleep because of the smell.
Also, there were fly in the room, which was really annoying…"
"The hotel was beautiful although not quite ‘zen’ as the name suggests. The hotel seemed to have a deal with tour groups so there was constant bus loads of tourist groups coming through which turned the bar into a bubbling tourist spot with people pushing and shoving your tables and drinks rather than a relaxing place to enjoy your drink as the sun went down. Seems like the hotel needs to work on their zen vibe.
The rooms were beautiful, comfortable beds and a good size. Cleanliness was ok but inconsistent, once our door was left open which was a security risk especially because of the sheer volume of non-guests staying there!
Food was mainly good although issues with meat in food despite informing them of vegetarian diets. You have to prebook the breakfast in the morning so they can have the food ready for you but a few times we came in the morning and had to wait over half an hour for our breakfast - no apologies. It was a very inconsistent service!
Bar staff at the pool had good consistent customer service. There was one lady at the reception that was always friendly and worked really hard to resolve problems, so we appreciate her help a lot! The manager was also very helpful and accommodating so thank you to her! "
