Soledad Suites is an excellent hotel yet reasonably priced. Coupled with very welcoming and friendly staff members with their efficient service and its central location, this hotel is highly recommended for everyone’s travel needs.

Very friendly staff, easy check in. They picked us up from the port and dropped us back for free which was really nice. Good water pressure and ac worked well.

Pleasant stay this time.

Much improved experience than from last time. The room was fine, apart from a slightly noisy aircon unit. My 2 star review last time was due to staff members in the restaurant continually using their phones to listen to social media drivel at a high volume. On this occasion, the staff were attentive, with no phones being used (or silent if they were), which is then none of my business.

2 stars lost because of restaurant noise

Two stays here totalling 4 nights. Room clean and sizeable, breakfast fine to start the day. Early checkin much appreciated after typhoon cancelled my ferry. Staff generally helpful, but I’ve marked the hotel down a couple of stars because of the following: 1. Non-stop Xmas music playing on a loop in the restaurant, that’s why I didn’t eat there apart from breakfast; and 2. The hotel had few guests while I was there, so staff regularly had their phones blaring out at a high level. On my last morning I had to finish my breakfast in my room as the racket was unbelievable. I brought this to the attention of the staff members doing it; they just carried on. Well, carry on doing this and you’ll have even fewer customers!

A spacious, clean and quiet room

A spacious and clean room in a quiet location, although very near the centre of Tagbilaran. Lovely bathroom. Wifi in room... although not consistently. Good breakfast cooked to order and real coffee. Friendly and helpful staff, helped me to book a driver and tickets. 5 minutes walk to various restaurants, shops etc.

Centrally located hotel In the heart of tagbilaran

Good central location in the middle of tagbilaran city. Close to malls, restaurants and the port. They pick you up at the airport for a nominal fee and they communicate real well. Breakfast has an excellent and yummy collection. Will stay there again

Had a very pleasant stay. :) very friendly, accomodating and helpful staff. Food was average and you can also get food from nearby restaurants & fast food chains. The housekeeping was very consistent. They clean your room every single day and they do it very well!

We’ve stayed at Soledad 4 times in the past 12 months. Friendly staff. Great egg, ham/bacon, and toast breakfast. Close to plenty of good restaurants and shopping. Soledad is farther away now (Jan 2019) since Bohol airport is now in Panglao instead of Tagbilaran. Either way, the hotel satisfies our needs. Will be back.

I found the customer service here extremely high, much better than i would have expected for a hotel of this price. It was like checking into a 5 star hotel! The door man insisted on carrying my suitcase, and the receptionist was very friendly and professional. The room was nice and well equipped. Breakfast, which was included in the room rate, was good. They also provide a complimentary shuttle service to the ports. This hotel exceeded my expectations by quite a lot!

The hotel is new, clean and comfortable, there is also a terrace on top. We had a good breakfast. The staff is very nice and can help for info, taxis and renting a motorbike, the best way to visit chocolate hills, Panglao and the surroundings. The price is high, but ok for the average of the city and for the service.
