Great place to stay! The area was quiet and felt very safe. There were plenty of dining options nearby, making it easy to find good food. Transportation was also convenient with trike and grab options. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free experience!

The property was clean, including the bedroom. The bedroom was very small but you get what you pay for. We had a complication with check in. We booked through Expedia but the hotel said we had two rooms booked and both were without breakfast. We showed them that we had only one room booked with breakfast. This left our check in process extended and we kept showing them the confirmation information. After a period of time they agreed to give us the breakfast. The location is really out of town and there’s really nothing around except a 7-11.

Good value - central to get around

Warm reception, polite and courteous staff, no elevator, but stayed on 2nd floor, small & compact rooms, good a/c - always welcomed on return, lite breakfast & appreciated - good value over all. No other amenities - would have used laundry but was unavailable. Best shopping mall & grocery (probably largest on the island) next to island bus depot 15 minutes walk away,bu best to use tuk tuk to get to & from - always negotiate price for it seems that all riveted transportation drivers will take advantage of foreigners

So far it’s good

The Hotel was Okey and the Food, the first was not Good especially my room was in the front one, and their was a Dog barking the Whole Night and I Can’t sleep, And also it’s raining too, The raindrops also bother me I thought someone is Doing a renovations, Because they had a renovations, And the Price are good with good breakfast though

Call the local exterminator before booking!

I spent 15 nights here and the ants were a BIG issue! Half of the nights they were in and on the bed and biting me. I also had to request 3 extra room cleanings due to this situation. They did spray 1 time and the issue subsided for about 4 days. The service was very good and the breakfasts that were included were also very good. The property is being "remodled" that looks to include an outside fascia application. The location is great in a quiet local neighborhood that is also close to a main street that has plenty of good restaurants and a 7-11.

The room is dingy, beat up, has multiple cracks on the floor with no window except that tiny-winy one in the bathroom and it has no mirror! It feels like you’re in a prison cell. Plus it is noisy from an in-house repair or renovation or something! The staff needs hospitality and customer service training or seminar! I will be ver think of going in that place again!

good and clean Hotel, Close to a Mall, access to a Tricycle are easy and Cheap a Close ride to a Terminal that take me to a Bus to PANGLAO Airport and Beaches in Bohol

Avoid

Zero customer service. On arrival nobody to be seen to check in and actually required the security guard to radio her down. Room was apparently a “deluxe” double but nothing deluxe about it. Small, dirty and full of insects. Spiders littering the ceilings in both bedroom and bathroom. Clearly areas had never been cleaned as there were abundant cobwebs in high areas. Aircon unit is perfect for aviation enthusiasts- like having an actual 737 taking off in the room! Made it impossible to sleep as the unit is too loud but the room is too hot without it. Literally lose-lose. Only saving grace is the price but I’d get a better quality sleep in the streets of Bohol. Avoid.
