鄰近沙灘是最吸引人，其餘服務普通

在這裡住了3晚，房間清潔度不佳，沙灘浴巾一人只能拿取一條，非常不方便。

We booked a mini-suite at the Henann Resort Alona Beach - staying 7 days. We loved the multiple pools and swim-up bars. In addition, suite guests have free access to the lounge at Christina’s restaurant from 5-7 PM providing complimentary cocktails, beer, wine and appetizers. The staff are exceptional and go out of their way to exceed your expectations on service & hospitality. The beach area is roped off and the resort provides security to deter solicitors/vendors from constantly pestering you. Overall we had a wonderful experience and plan to return next year!

The only thing that we did not like was that the room we had had a strange smell. The room itself was excellent first class. Fantastic breakfast with really attentive staff. Overall the staff were fabulous. Amenities, bars, pools, restaurants very very good. Had a great stay & really enjoyed the visit.

Rooms were exceptionally clean and staff were incredible. It's an ideal place to stay because it's a 2 min drive or 5 min walk to the hotel from from the airport. I will always stay here when visiting Manila!

During our stay, we never experienced anything negative about the hotel or the staff. My husband and I truly had a wonderful time. We even decided to extend our stay because we simply didn’t want to leave the resort! The facilities and pools are very well-maintained, and the staff are always friendly, accommodating, and helpful. We were treated exceptionally well throughout our entire stay. Overall, the service was impeccable, and we truly enjoyed our experience. We’re already looking forward to our next stay! ❤️
