"The AC was amazing. The room was freezing, just how I like it. My only complaint was not having more than 2 towels for 4 guests. I requested towels and never got them to the room. I waited for a while and then had to go about my day and there were no additional towels upon return. The room was clean and check in / check out was very easy. The virtual staff agent was pleasant upon check in. "
