"Staff was very good and we were given clear instructions on where to get the key because we were arriving about 9pm. The room seemed very clean except there were some very large stains on the carpet near the front door, other than this the room appeared to be clean. The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows."

"First off, check in was with a robot. Not a person. Then he gave me 2 blank keys, which made me think they could go to any door. Room was NOT clean, just picked up. Bed was dirty but made. Burn hole in the comforter and cut marks. Booked a non-smoking room and got a heavy smoked in room. Ash tray by the TV and one between the 2 beds. Mini fridge looked worse then one from a yard sale and possibly d thawed at some point because underneath was a puddle of water. "

"This hotel is perfect for families, those travelling for a sports tournament, a break from a road trip, etc. The rooms are spacious, has an in room kitchen, huge bathroom, and a lot of conveniences like multiple mirrors and another sink in the kitchen area. There weren't enough front desk staff to accommodate a full hotel (we were there for a tournament) and the breakfast was on the narrow side for options."
