「Poor hygiene, no change of towels, no shower gel, not enough toilet paper (go to the front desk to ask for it), but the service attitude of the front desk is OK.」

「I didn't understand when housekeeping would empty the trash they wouldn't put a new liner in. They left one on the rim of the can and I guess the guest is supposed to take care of it. Also I had a coffee packet in the room when I checked in but it was never replaced after I used it.」

「Staff was great. Kind and generous. We just had an issue with the cleanliness of our room. The carpet was not vacuumed. Window had hand prints everywhere. Bathroom needed a wipe down. We had to ask for toilet paper. Which is fine but I do think if they clean it and see that there is not enough on the roll for several days, it needs a new roll.
