「Disappointing experience at Hotel Nacional Rio, Despite spending the day enjoying the hotel’s restaurants and spa, I was embarrassingly denied entry upon returning that evening, even with my room key in hand. 「Bad room service with constant noise of dripping water even after repetitive claims. Stopped suddenly at the restaurant for not paying the breakfast which I have never heard about an extra fee for that. What a poor hotel!」
