Great location, a block from the beach. Easy parking and a lovely pool area. Had everything we needed. Our only complaint was that the couch and chair in the living room looked beautiful but we're very uncomfortable. That being said we would definitely stay here again

I was upset about the bug situation. I was even more upset with the type of bugs they were. I took pictures. The property was not what I expected. I had an issue with the drain in the bathroom not draining properly. The pictures show a very modern updated property on the site. The place we were staying had cracks on the ceiling in the one bedroom. The kitchen flooring had some issues. It looked like it was in need of being replaced . The front door had play in it . It did not shut completely with a seal. The patio that was shared was always a mess during my stay. It was not a pleasant experience for me. I did communicate my concerns with the property manager. For my inconvenience I was offered a two hour late checkout .

The location is fantastic, it’s literally steps from a beautiful beach. Unfortunately, that was the best part of the property. The unit was dirty and poorly maintained. We saw roaches in the kitchen and shower, the sofa was visibly filthy (I covered it with a sheet), the shower grout was black with mold/grime, and the curtains were stained. I was uncomfortable walking around without shoes. The furniture and floor lamps were extremely worn, and several lamps were broken. The electronic door lock was so worn that it barely locked properly, which was concerning from a security standpoint. We also had a disturbing incident where a woman stood outside our door staring at it for several minutes before walking upstairs. We contacted management and were told she was likely cleaning staff or another guest, but that explanation did not make the situation any less unsettling. The pool was nice, but it was cluttered with abandoned toys and deflated floats. This property needs a serious deep cleaning, pest treatment, and major maintenance. The location is excellent, but the condition of the rental made us uncomfortable throughout our stay. I would not stay here again.

Super Lage. In wenigen Minuten ist man am Strand. Strandspielzeug für Kinder ist auch vorhanden. Unterkunft ist sauber und mitv Allem ausgestattet, was man braucht.
