「I have booked and lived in this hotel twice in the same trip. I have tried two kinds of rooms. The first day, the room assigned to was quite tidy and comfortable. The basic facilities were sufficient. After two days, I checked in at the hotel and the room was really fair. First we entered the room, the toilet door was broken and could not function. It was unacceptable that a toilet without a door. Afterward, the toilet has no heater! Heater should be a basic facility of a hotel in...

「Do not go there, felt extremely unsafe and the place is a disgrace. It felt so dodgy and dirty, walked and walked and booked another hotel.」

「The first room that I was given, smelt terribly of cigarette smoke when I entered. I opened the balcony door to get some fresh air into the room. I very quickly closed the door again, as there was a pile of cigarettes butts in the middle of the balcony. I went down to the reception area to inform them of the situation. They very quickly & most apologetically gave me a much better room.」

「Good」

「The hotel is a bit run down, rooms are average. Staffs are super friendly.」

「PREFECT」

「The room was clean and very spacious. My stay was for one night so the close proximity to MCC was great.」

「Besides poor sound insulation,Everything is just great, If you can stand on some noise from next door, Melbourne city Grand Hyatt is never wrong.」

「The hotel is conveniently located, with a tram station just right in front of the main entrance. Lots of dining choices within 5 minutes walking distance. The overall maintenance of the premises is good, the high-speed WiFi service is unbeatable. The only two complaints are perhaps the (a bit) unstable supply of hot shower water, and the reading light in the master bed room couldn’t be fixed due to lack of spare parts. But in sum, a nice stay with friendly front desk and housekeeping staff.」

「客房清潔和職員十分有善，洒店地方位置容易找到，早餐美味。」

「it is a very special living experience which is like a co-working place and meanwhile front counter's service is friendly, hotel staying is cozy.」

「Ottie's餐廳 男主管熱心用心接待服務、主廚用心料理的魚、蟹肉燉飯、牛排超級細緻好吃」
