I have booked and lived in this hotel twice in the same trip. I have tried two kinds of rooms.
The first day, the room assigned to was quite tidy and comfortable. The basic facilities were sufficient.
After two days, I checked in at the hotel and the room was really fair. First we entered the room, the toilet door was broken and could not function. It was unacceptable that a toilet without a door. Afterward, the toilet has no heater! Heater should be a basic facility of a hotel in Australia, how come a toilet do not have a heater!
I booked the same type of room in the first day and the third day, but I got different experiences from the facilities of the rooms.
I asked the staffs and she said she can’t change the room for me and if I really wanted to change the room I needed to pay for it. It is very ridiculous.
I won’t booked this hotel anymore as it is unacceptable that there is no heater in the room’s toilet.
