「This is a great and modern property, unfortunately during my stay the elevator was not working」

「Neat place. Our room was great, comfy bed. We were looking forward to having dinner at the restaurant downstairs that was hosting a nice band but we had to leave earlier than planned so missed out. Some friends went though, and had a good time. A very nice continental breakfast was set up for us to take back to our rooms - nice and fresh. The staff, in particular, the owners, were extremely nice and very accommodating to our needs (empathetic to our reason for leaving early). We look forward...

「Complimentary coffee is excellent, however, it does not provide free breakfast, or I shall say that the price does not include breakfast, which seems to be not the common measures for the hotels in the same area.」

「A really nice, clean place with excellent staff. The on-location dining was fantastic. Location is in the heart of downtown and an easy walk to pretty much anything you need.」

「The room was absolutely boiling hot and there was no way to open a window or cool it down.」
