「Terrible experience. Front desk messed up entire teams rooms. Some families had to leave and find another hotel. Bathrooms were very old and dated.」

「My room has NOT been cleaned since I got here a week ago. Same towels, same sheets. I now take out my own trash. The yoghurt dispenser does not work, spits out droplets only. The elevator is broken most of the time. I got two dog ticks on me in the first 2 days!! Right now I have to endure a yapping dog apparently left alone in his room. I've left previous complaints through this "survey", received feedback and set up time to receive a call - but that call did not happen.」

「Desk clerk (Anthony) actually came out of the building to find me when I had trouble finding the parking annex. Very helpful staff, nice room, inn undergoing renovations and it does need updating.」

「Can't say enough good things about this place. Everything was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and made for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect—safe, walkable, and surrounded by great dining and shopping options. The in-house seafood restaurant was a standout and easily one of the highlights of our visit. Parking was convenient and close by, and we loved that the hotel is dog-friendly, making it even more welcoming. We loved every single one of the staff. Everyone was kind and warm...

「T he room was clean. Facility was also well maintained both inside and out. The beds were a bit too soft.Staff was pleasant. We didn't have breakfast there because the cost of the room was high and we would have to also pay for breakfast. We decided to have breakfast at friends house.」
