The room was clean and didn’t smell, we had a view of the beautiful pool from our room which was nice. The guy at the front desk had some type of issue putting my partner and I and my best friend together, it took quite awhile to figure it out but eventually he did. The bathroom was spotless and clean. Overall, it was very nice stay. I enjoyed it.

Bed was great and that’s the only thing, wallpaper peeling off, surface of elevator looks like they have never been touched, only highlights where the breakfast and the super nice lady that was there.

There is plenty of parking. The lobby was lovely and beautifully furnished. The front desk staff was polite and cordial. There is a restaurant/bar(?) off of the lobby. The elevator and hallways seemed a bit run down but the guest room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

When I called ahead was told pool would be open it was not, gym was not accessible, room was not ready till after 9pm we got our room at 9:45 pm unacceptable especially after traveling over 9 hrs. Floor our room was on spelt like someone died on it. Children running around knocking on doors after 1am went on for an hour. Asked to speak to Manager who conveniently was never there left multiple voicemails. I want to be compensated for the inconvenience that this hotel has caused us.
