「Nice place 」

「The history, I passed it as an abandoned building when I was growing up. 」

「overall it is good, worths the price but somehow there is no heating facility in the hotel so I needed to put on my coat during sleep.」

「Really liked the convenience to the PCC. Because if it's "industrial" set-up we could hear noise from other units when flushing the toilet. More insulation is needed for noise purposes.」

「The apartment was lovely and well stocked. I love the keyless entry system that worked flawlessly. The only downside is the location on an alley with some interesting activity. Just be aware of your surroundings in the early morning or at night as you enter or exit.」

「Excellent place to stay with everything one needs for a long or a short stay. Super fast WiFi and a new smart TV were most welcome. The place was very clean and was most comfortable. We found some great eating spots just a five minutes walk (try Race St Cafe or Khyber Pass) and parking was just two blocks away and we felt at $30:00 a day a fair value. 」

「Great neighborhood. Close to grocery shopping and restaurants. Fairly quiet. As one who has allergies, I was slightly disappointed with not being able to use the ceiling fan. The blades were covered in dust, and I couldn't reach them to clean. Should be cleaned/wiped periodically. Also, there is a need for exterminator services. Seems like the apartment is running on "auto-pilot" with basic cleaning being done between customers but without the deep cleaning necessary that should be done...

「Property was great. Walkable to all of the old city to see the liberty bell and independence hall. About an hour walk from the Philadelphia museum of art which isnt to bad of you plan to get there when it opens around 10 a.m.」
