The staff is very helpful when they see us are having a baby traveling with us.

「I ordered two rooms with jacuzzi and when I arrived they were under maintenance and they didn't refund me they gave me one of less money which I didn't agree with and the office was dirty they didn't give breakfast bad services」

「We stay at this location at least 6–8 times a year, and it has always been great in the past. That’s why this experience was so disappointing. It’s a shame to see how much the property has declined and been let go.
On top of that, the noise level was incredibly disruptive — both inside the hotel and outside. There was constant noise in the hallways and from outside the building, making it very difficult to get any rest. For the price, you would expect a quiet, comfortable stay, but that was not...
