「This is a charming hotel that has a lot of character. It is over 100 years old. Guests need to know there are no tvs or ac, but it makes for a nice place to wind down. If you want to get away, this hotel will do the trick. 」

「Clean and spacious apartment, great for large groups. We loved supporting the recovery of Biltmore Village, so we understood that repairs were in process. We had bugs in the kitchen which needs attention, the only drawback.」

「The hotel is beautiful, the staff is very accommodating. The room is so cute and the single rose in the bathroom is beautiful. Our only complaint is the food in the lounge. We had dinner in the lounge on our arrival. The food was not very good, the carbonara wasn’t even edible. The second night we walked down to the social and the food was amazing! The trout and the pork chop were both excellent and 1/3 of the price (which we don’t mind paying for good food). We will be back but we will not be...

「Loved that our large deck was about 6' from the creek as it swiftly flowed over rocks making little white caps and white sound of rushing water soothed away all our troubles There's a large round wrought iron table on the deck with armed chairs. Bring a cushion. The interior is a one bedroom corrage. The fully stocked kitchen isn't fully stocked, however. 3 nice pots, but only one fry pan, an older "copper," finish.
