"This Sonesta was surprisingly clean. The staff was very pleasant during my stay both night and day shift. There was a young Black man who worked overnight (Dale) who provided excellent customer service. The only issue I had was the pool not being clean and not being advised that we had to pay for breakfast. Other than that our room was nice and clean. The hotel was also in a nicer area as well. "

"This is an okay place to stay if you aren't bothered by a musty smell and older furniture. Unfortunately, the shower wasn't cleaned properly, as there was hair from the previous guest left on the floor. The rug was torn in a few spots, and the area near the shower was damp. Additionally, the couch was quite dirty. It was just too much for me, so I checked out after only one night of my planned two-night stay."

"We stayed here for one night while traveling with the family. The location is convenient and easy to access from the road. The rooms were clean enough and quiet, which was our main priority for getting some rest. Check-in was fast, and the staff was professional. As for the breakfast, it was a standard hotel spread—nothing fancy, just the basics, but enough to get us started in the morning. Overall, a solid and reliable place to stay if you're passing through the area."

"The attendant turn off the elevator because it over heated and I had to walk up 3 flights of stairs. The attendant nasty and disrespectful. Both attendants assigned. He told me his manager told him to turn the elevator off . My service was not rendered and I am requesting to be compensated."
