The room was a dual suite! The size of two hotel rooms. It was bigger than my last apartment. Included a full sized kitchen with both dishes some cookware and a mini dishwasher! Phenomenal! The room was so large you could easily have 14 people in it! Loved this. Although it was the Christmas holiday there were plenty of places open directly across the street to go eat that were incredible. Hardest decision was choosing which one. Highly Recommend for Holiday Travelers.

I was very disappointed with the condition of the room bath tub rusty shower wasn’t working properly, no marks on the walls overall I’m not happy. One good thing I can say is the guy in the breakfast section was very nice and polite and the staff also just the way it’s being kept.

Concern Regarding Recent Stay Hello, I wanted to share some feedback about my recent stay. The staff was very friendly, and I truly enjoyed the breakfast at the restaurant. However, there were a couple of issues that made the stay uncomfortable. The hallway near my room had a strong sewer odor, and my room itself had a noticeable number of ladybugs. These conditions were unexpected and not in line with what I anticipated. I’m hoping you can look into these concerns and let me know what can be done to address them. The staff was amazing. There was a specific young lady Hispanic, who was very very sweet. She was a Hello Kity fan, but I don’t remember her name. I hope she see this writing. The breakfast bar was really good. Most of the staff was very friendly and professional.

Has good breakfast included with clean dinning area. That was the only positive thing. Not friendly staff for check in. Had a Terrace room it was the most filthy room I have had in a hotel with cobwebs and dead spiders on the walls, tried asking for alternative room was told they were fully booked. Had dead bugs on the floor with flying bugs arround the sink. You could tell this room had not seen a good deep cleaning. The hallway carpets in the terrace are filthy and you can smell cigarettes even though there is no smoking sign on the facility.
