Room smelled really old and like smoke, there were stains on the floor and furniture, there was only 1 elevator operating and was super slow and the hotel looks a bit ran down but has great wifi and A/C , the staff was fair , they show that they serve complimentary breakfast but don't, but overall the hotel itself needs a lot of work inside and everything needs to be updated ASAP!!!!

No staff to help us, we finally get to our room it’s filled with puke, cigarette holes in carpet and lots of handprints on headboards. Hallways filled with trash.

I normally stay at Marriott properties but I have to say, this particular Sonesta property is equal to any Marriott property that I have ever stayed at. The bed was big and comfy, the tv channel selection was awesome, and the cost per night was good.

While the customer service was on point and I love the fact they take in our annoying fur babies. But a lot of things didn’t work TV which is extremely important WiFi if you have to work or just don’t have the data. The refrigerator didn’t work also. House cleaning didn’t come and change out linen as well. Other than that my stay has been amazing while my apartment finishes

This is a not a great stay, spin arrival card was charged several times during our stay, house keepers did not speak good English or non at all, staff slow at getting trash daily, hallways has a stitch on the third floor, issues with tv not working properly, glad it was pet friendly, but not so great- needs lots of improvements to staff and interior

Good but not so good.

The room was great and clean. Very friendly clerks. The smell was not fresh at all but the room smelled good. One BAD things bout this place was too many homeless people on the property and in parking lot and sleeping there at night.. Don't think id stay again because I'd be coming in out late nights.

The location was the best feature. Property’s rooms were dated and not very clean to my disappointment. Our room (215) was non smoking however previous guests had been smoking & you could see cigarette burns in carpet. Carpet needs deep cleaning smell like musk. No microwave or coffee maker. Closet door glass was cracked. Only 1 elevator worked. Staff was okay. We were told we could not get extra towels. Buttons on air conditioners did not work so we could not adjust air.
