The staff was friendly, there seems to be a leak I could see water marks on the ceiling and hear water dripping. Extremely noisy I could hear everyone and everything from top floor to next door. I did leave early and they did not charge for parking which I appreciate, convenient location. They really need to renovate though. I brought my own sheets the bed did not look changed. Breakfast was a plus! Front desk staff really great!

Room was clean and comfortable. Front desk service is good. Plenty of parking and easy to get to. Only problem was no hot water during the day, just mornings (as far as I could tell), just barely warm if you need to shower during the day.

There was garbage on the floor in the kitchen and the area was not wiped down. The pull out sofa bed had waded up sheets and blanket which did not appear to be cleaned. Woman’s bathroom in common area did not have toilet paper but a roll on top of the garbage can in the stall. This was during continental breakfast which would appear to have been a busy time. Pool area was good.

Comfortable and clean. Accomodations were centrally located with well kept grounds. The room was ADA compliant. Only issue was late night fire alarm went off due to cooking in on of the rooms and it took quite a while for the alarm to be terminated. Will return for any future stays.

Overall, it was a good stay. The room was a bit outdated, needed some maintenance done in the room (cracked floor tiles, fridge dented, microwave handle missing). I did have to ask for bath towels, as the room only had washcloths and hand towels stocked. The staff were very nice and welcoming, that was a bright spot! The space of the room for the price was the real draw, and despite the minor issues, we would definitely come back to stay.

There was an old piece of meat left on a plastic tray in the microwave. Room Phone didn’t work and was extremely sticky. The Air Condition in my ‘first room’ did not work. However, the hotel staff promptly got me into another room on the same hall which was convenient. There was hair on towels The hotel staff was friendly, professional and really helpful. They recommended restaurants and other things in the area which I took full advantage of.

Let’s start with a positive. The staff was very kind and the front desk was helpful. I booked a suite online and when I arrived at the property, the suite was not available. This was a big letdown because the trip was planned with this type of room specifically booked. The property did give us free parking, $12 a night for three nights, but charging a guest to park their vehicle, seriously! I realize that a lot of hotels do this, but it doesn’t make right. The room did not have sheets, blankets and pillows for the pullout couch bed. It took 3 calls to get the bedding needed. Also, a child pulled the fire alarm and the alarm went off for hours into the night. Unfortunately my group had to leave for a flight at 6am and this was a terrible misfortune. Between the fire department and the hotel not knowing how to turn the false alarm off, makes you wonder if this property is ready for any of emergencies. Tough. The rooms themselves were musty and the kitchens seemed to be oily. We were told at the desk that there had been a massive water leak and if the AC was not running the place seemed stinky and moist. :/ I was hoping for a better experience.
