I knew a bit about the Oneida utopian community, and I assumed this was a converted mansion and would feel like a hotel or B&B, but this is a combination museum/apartment complex with a few hotel rooms. Only issue was checking in - I did not receive necessary information because I booked online, so be sure to call to confirm the details before you arrive. The staff was very helpful and resolved the issue quickly. 」
