"THIS IS THE FIRST TIME WE STAYED IN THE BEST WESTERN AND ON CHECK- IN THE FRONT DESK STAFF WAS VERY RUDE AND UNHELPFUL (MISS DESIREE) . WHEN BOOKING THROUGH EXPEDIA WE WERE NOT AWARE OF THE $100.00 DOLARS DEPOSIT HOLD BACK . MISS DISEREE (F/DESK ) SAID THE HOTEL WILL HOLD $100.00 DOLLARS DEPOSIT AND ON CHECK OUT SHE WILL REFUND THE DEPOSIT AND ON CHECK OUT ON JUNE 3 2026 SHE WAS AT THE FRONT DESK AND SHE CHANGED HER STATEMENT SAYING THE DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED IN 5 DAYS . I SIGHNED THE DEPOSIT PAPER AND REQUESTED FOR THE COPY AND SHE REFUSED SAYING ITS A HOTEL POLICY NOT TO GIVE THE PAPER . WE ARRIVED HALF AN HOUR EARLY AND REQUESTED IFWE COULD CHECK IN ,SHE SAID WE HAD TO PAY EXTRA $25.00 DOLLARS . I TOLD HER WE WERE ATTENDING A FUNERAL AND REQUESTED BOTH ROOMS ON THE SAME FLOOR WHEN WE COME BACK IN HALF AN HOUR BUT THE ROOMS WERE GIVEN ON DEFERENT FLOORS 3RD AND 4TH .ON THE 4TH FLOOR IT WAS VERY NOISY , OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS COULDN'T SLEEP . HOPE TO GET FULL DEPOSIT REFUND ASAP AND A WRITTEN REPLY FROM YOU WILL BE APPRECIATED . ''CUSTOMER ''"

"We were suprised to find it and all was good. The desk clerk even walked over to our room to help us find a small light switch. This is an upgrade from Motel 6. Just the basics plus small kitchen. Worked for one night for us."

"We were disappointed in this hotel choice. I'd done a lot of research & was deciding between 3 similar/similar-priced hotels & landed on this one but when we arrived we realized how dated it is. It seems like it was at one time dorms that they converted into a hotel & it felt much more like a 2-star property than a 3-star. Our room was fine & quiet & we appreciated the dual duvets on a bed so that you never have to fight for covers. The bathroom had plastic-y countertops & amenities that smelled like coconut (try & find a scent that is neutral as most people don't want to smell like fruit). Some great things were the metal, re-usable water bottle they give you, coffee in the lobby in the morning & cookies in the afternoon. We got excited about "2 free drinks" & envisioned sitting at a bar, but you choose something from the refrigerator near the front desk. We did really like the older cruiser bikes & used them to go to nearby towns/outdoor markets on Sunday morning & there's a terrific paved trail a few minutes away that ran along the water & was great for running & riding. On Saturday we also wanted to use the bikes & were eagle to explore but the front desk gal told us we'd have to wait 45 minutes to 1 hour for someone to arrive who knew the process for checking out bikes. All & all it's an ok hotel if you are visiting U Washington but it's not close to Seattle & there's a lot of walking or riding the subway to get to the heart of things."

"Have stayed here in the past and the experience this time was much different. The staff was very friendly but other than that, the property is very worn and dirty. there was trash for 2 days all over the parking lot, overflowing bins, debris in the hallways, spills in the lobbies, etc. The room was very worn; stains on the upholstered furniture, very outdated hardware, etc. Overall, I was sad to see how much the property has changed for the worse in the last few years."

"My stay here was great! Every time I returned to my room, there were fresh towels in the bathroom, I loved the included breakfast and the bistro/restaurant option for dinner, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. I definitely utilized the concession store every day (water, coffee, snacks), making my trip easier before heading into the city each day. Many helpful amenities and accommodations. The TVs have streaming apps as well, and the rooms are spacious with plenty of places to sit (mine even had two extra ottomans stowed neatly away under the table where the coffee maker and ice bucket are kept which I ended up using). Easy check-in & check-out. There was never an issue finding parking. Near gas stations and grocery stores like Target. I'd definitely recommend this hotel! (:"
