「The rooms were clean and comfortable, all staff were extremely friendly and I just adore the two receptionists there. They were so sweet and accommodating especially because I kept extending my stay by a day not knowing when I was going home. And they were ready for me each morning to redo my key cards and were able to keep me on the same room my entire stay. Breakfast was always fresh and small amounts made at a time so there wasn’t an abundance of waste and things were fresh. But PLEASE get a...

「The room wasn’t ready for us when we checked in at 6pm. Needed to be cleaned still. The pool was clean. Very spacious clean room when we received the key. We did stay and fly; left our car in the parking lot and took the hotel shuttle to the airport. Very convenient. Will do again.」

「Wonderful hotel! Everything was very clean, staff was very nice and accommodating. Our studio suite had everything you need, pots and pans, glassware (no wine glasses) cooking utensils etc..The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were nice and always clean. This will definitely be our go to hotel whenever we are in Missoula. 」

「Pool and hot tub weren’t available during our stay, but we weren’t notified about this until after check-out process. Then we were told we couldn’t get a refund if we canceled our room. The woman at the front desk was unkind and made us feel terrible. We were told that the manager would call us the next day, but that never happened. Room was clean and breakfast was ok. The front desk area was never staffed when we came through during our stay. Would not recommend. 」
