"Great place for the money."

"I called the day before arrival to let the staff know I would be there for check in between 9-10 pm the following day for my scheduled stay. The staff assured me that someone would be there for check in. When I arrived at 9:15pm, there was nobody there. I called multiple times before I was able to get to someone, they then informed me they left my key under a traffic cone and then I had to go find it. The room was disgusting, unclean and looks nothing like the pictures advertised online. There was blood splattered up the shower curtain. There is what looks to drug residue (sticky tar substance) in the bathroom. The toilet paper holder was ripped off the wall and laying on the floor, the shower is un-usable as there is tiles and grout missing all over the place. The beds lack any real mattress covers or protective sanitary sheets. There was no AC unit, There was no curtains on the windows. There were cuts and burn marks all over the bed frames. The blankets and sheets have stains. I did not feel safe letting my family stay at this establishment. We left immediately and corrisponded by email with the motel the following day where they apologized and blamed the “brand new” house keeper for the condition of the room. They told me I would be receiving a refund, I am still waiting on that refund…."

"There were boogers on the wall, and the house keeper stole my friend’s tablet. We tracked it and she had taken it home with her. We did get it back, after letting them know if it was returned asap we wouldn’t involve the police. "

"One bathroom wash cloth and change of linens every 3 days is not sufficient. The breakfast food was scant a 1/2 hour before closing."

"Stayed the night while travelling between Utah and Washington. Hotel was slightly dated, that being said the rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Continental breakfast was perfect for a quick bite to eat before travelling home. "

"I love this hotel. The only thing I don't like is the inner rooms that face the "event space". You can't tell what time it is cause you cannot see outside from your room. This time we had a room with an outside facing window. Much better! So close to downtown, you can walk everywhere. I will always choose this hotel when traveling to Missoula and seeing a show downtown. Eat at El Comino Tacos! Chef's kiss!"

"The was extremely dirty. Bathroom was disgusting dirt, hair, dirty towels were in the bathroom. The front door looked like somebody had tried to kick it in completely scraped up very disappointing. Ran my finger across the top of the air-conditioning unit. The dust was extremely thick. Appeared to not have been wiped down or cleaned in a long time. Went back and looked at the pictures from the Expedia website. They do not match the actual on-site of the Red Lion. The entire facility looks rundown dirty unclean. We had to go up the stairs to get to the second level. There was a dirty mop bucket that looked like it had been sitting out for weeks with grime all over it. I would never recommend this place again. If it wasn’t late at night, we would’ve left and found another place. That’s how bad it was."
