We arrived 2 minutes before 4 pm our check in time and the door would not unlock. We had to call the number and the staff at the cafe let us in. The checknin time should be 3:45 or later. It was inconvenient. The morning staff at the cafe was rude and unhelpful. The ER is across the street and therefore it can be loud.

This is a great place to stay, but be prepared to be self sufficient. There is no reception, and all services are handled through a remote desk. Also, booking this on the hotel's website directly may be the better way to go for cost and billing issues. We got charged double, and on top of it, got charged at a much higher rate because we pre-booked.

If you’re an outdoor enthusiast, especially with an expensive bike — and I believe a dog — this is the place for you. If not it is still a decent stay: the bed is comfortable, the room has the ability to be very cool (It was set to 64 when I checked in), the LOGE products are mild minty. Water pressure in shower was good as well as hot water level. The only thing I didn’t care for was the dog hair in the shower and elsewhere. I didn’t see any on the bed thankfully. I also did not mind the product placement in the room because I typically buy when tempted, but I already have Rumpls and a Yeti ice chest. Oh, and I wasn’t ready for the 100% virtual check-in and found myself with my bags on the street scanning my ID and credit card after searching the property for the office (they do have a dog groomer). That said, once I texted, I quickly got the code to check in.

Interesting concept! What I didn’t like was the Resort fee, when the hotel is in the middle of town. We were not planning on renting any equipment as we were driving thru.

I was ok with the digital check in process...although ultimately the app failed to provide room number and access code. I would have preferred an in person check in at the LOGE coffee shop...which ironically was requested by them as there was an issue with my credit card. So, i ended up receiving check in info by text. Otherwise..loved the room, nice swag, water, instant coffee(great), very clean, cool, and comfy.

Loved the property overall and its location in Missoula was great. The ability to use bikes to get around town was a nice plus. Rooms were clean and quiet. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Our only knocks on the room were that the lights by the bed had no way to turn off except for the wall switch which required you getting out of bed. There were no USB outlets for charging and when we had our bikes stored in our room, they blocked getting around the bed. However, we will be back!

At the Missoula Loge, we enjoyed a clean, comfortable room. Parking was easy. The employees we met were kind and helpful. We had just one quick night before our flight from the nearby airport, but we were able to “get outside” on the Missoula park’s bike trail with Loge’s awesome sturdy bikes and helmet. There were restaurants and shopping within walking distance too.

If you are a mountain biker, skier, hiker this place is for you. If not you should know that it’s fairly basic. It has a good location for walking to downtown, very clean and in good condition.
