"We had to leave unexpectedly. If not for the emergency at home. I would have probably slept in my car. There was a strange oder in the room. We left the door open for a little while. The bed looked like some had already slept in it. The staff were extremely helpful on checking in and my emergency at home. I couldn't believe that it was a Red Lion. The pictures on line are very inaccurate. The stairwell was dark and very dirty with a used mattress propped next to it."

"We would definitely stay here again! You never know about motels that have existed a long time. Especially since I’m an asthmatic that is sensitive to molds. This one has been updated with fresh paint, flooring and a nice tile shower with good water pressure. The beds were comfortable with good pillow options. The room was small but had everything you need; fridge, microwave and small desk. A good and reasonably affordable option. Close enough to downtown to walk but at a quiet end of town."
