Great location, quiet. Service was excellent, staff was helpful at breakfast kitchen staff was friendly and was responsive to needs. Very clean area. Will stay here again.

Nice

I liked the bed, blanket, and pillows. If I can't sleep comfortaby, I'm not going to be able to sleep at all. My husband liked it as well. We had one standard King bed with 4 King sized pillows. I wasn't used to such huge pillows, but boy were they comfortable. No complaints. The shower head was amazing. It's probably the best motel in Willows CA, The price wasn't too bad either. Of course if you book farther ahead you'll get the best deal. We hadn't planned ahead, we were just winging...

Great hotel staff was awesome room was very accommodating for adults. The bathroom had a large enough counter needed more mirrors in the room for multiple people getting ready at one time.

Everything was great, the staff were super welcoming and helpful and the room was clean and had plenty of space

Great service and great breakfast!

I like the service of the staff , I like the coffee and free breakfast. Everything was clean . Really enjoy the stay.

Breakfast was good and included. Clean room, staff was friendly. Only thing I would say is parking is $20 per day. Could be better, either cheaper or free considering we are hotel guests.

My sister and I met here to catch up on each others lives. We hadn't seen each other in quite some time and this was about half way for each of us. We both loved the hotel, the front desk staff, all the amenities, breakfast and felt very safe. We truly appreciated your hospitality and plan to it again.

Friendly staff, amazing bartender and drinks, and tasty bar food

Great stay enjoyed.

My mom and I went away to celebrate our Birthday and this was an amazing stay at a great price. The staff were attentive, professional, friendly, and welcoming. Shawn helped our mornings start perfectly with the delicious breakfast options. And our waterfront view from our room was delightful! The only area needing a little more T.L.C. was the pool. It was so dirty and I ended up cleaning it myself before I got in the pool. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again! Thank...

My husband and I had a fabulous stay at R Inn Napa. There are only 10 rooms and ours was beautiful and had a full kitchen! Everything is very modern, clean and new. They even have one of those electronic, self-cleaning toilets complete with heated seat! The bed was adjustable and incredibly comfortable. I do wish that the table in the kitchen was slightly bigger. The table was basically the size of a console table and the stools weren’t that comfortable. We didn’t do any cooking, but a bigger...

Everything was great. Very clean and modern hotel with just enough on site to eat and drink. In the center of downtown Napa, so the location is unbeatable.

This is one of the best managed and most beautiful property. With the superior hospitality services, this is a must visit property. We have always enjoyed our stays here.

enjoy staying there, good breakfast nice hotel over all

Good Staff and affordable

I expect a lot at $500+ a night. Napa River Inn delivers a solid experience for the Expedia traveler. Upgraded river view room! Check! Free bottle of wine! Check! Free parking! Check! Free continental breakfast delivered! Check. It was a lovely stay, although be ready for a bit of noise in the hallways and above. Older building, so to be expected. Enjoyed the balcony and comfy bed. Very clean and charming decor. Can’t beat the location. Try Celadon in the same building for dinner and the Mondavi...
