Staff at the front desk was not welcoming. Staff who changed our room last night were very kind. Our one pool day was over run with staffs 6 children they brought in on Saturday to swim and run around the pool without much consideration for actual guests.

I've stayed here twice now. Great staff, very efficient and friendly. Nice sized rooms. However... the bathtub was the smallest I have ever seen. It was so small I almost slipped and fell turning around in the shower. A bathmat might help to give my feet some grip, but I did not feel safe.
