「Our stay fell far below expectations for an all-inclusive resort. Most restaurants were closed, food options were extremely limited, and the concierge was unable to secure a required restaurant reservation. Service was inconsistent, and liquor availability varied by location. Housekeeping was a recurring problem. We waited approximately three hours for towels, had to retrieve toilet paper ourselves, and experienced inconsistent room cleaning despite being told there was a $25 cleaning fee. Our...

「Heather at the front desk was superb and did everything in her power to make our stay great. The housekeeping personal Rasheeda from our arrival thru Thursday (before her vacation) was phenomenal with daily upkeep. That said, I did tell a young man at the front desk about a heavy mold build-up in the shower bathroom walls, floor, and behind the bathroom sink. He told me someone from maintenance would take care of it. Unfortunately, no one showed up. I would shower with beach sandals and be...

「A rather dated hotel on a small quiet beach to the south of St James. We liked the location and being so close to the beach. The included water sports (Not unlimited) and the use of the water taxi to sister hotels was a plus. We didn’t go to the pool and never saw anybody else using it as the beach is far more desirable. We didn’t like the lack of electrical sockets in our bedroom - we had to pull the fridge out just to charge a mobile phone. The food is pretty average but edible. We preferred...
