Had a wonderful stay with my wife at the Palms. It was very cozy, safe, well-maintained and made me feel right at home. The staff was very friendly and provided exceptional service. We did have a minor issue with the AC leaking water. In addition, there could have been more amenities in the room i.e. shampoo. Overall though, really enjoyed our stay there and we would definitely run it back again!

Small apartment like housing.. but very spacious inside.. I love the interior decorations.. very modern.. not a fan of the safety deposit box.. it needs updating.. I love the key pad lock on the outside I thought that was so cool.. there’s no dining options on the property which sucks and and it’s a good 15-20 min walk to main road for some dining options if you don’t have a car.. but very remote and quiet and I felt safe coming and out all hours of the day or night

Wonderful Holiday

Wonderful 12 night stay Palms resort was great very clean, pool was fab, staff were lovely. 15 min walk into Holetown the use of The Beach Club on the beach was an amazing bonus! would definitely stay here again. We hired a car from RCPS car hire Barbados so helpful even drove us back to the airport !

This is a nice, affordable and cozy spot to stay on the west of the island. The location is very convenient and the staff are friendly. Will definitely be staying again next year!

It is a wonderful property, the rooms are very stylish and the staff are wonderful. We used the beach club card to access the pool on the seafront which had a great bar and facilities. You may need to get a cab back at night if you’re eating out … it’s a very dark walk back to the resort.

Good location, friendly staff, nice pool, housekeeping good. Penthouse is a great space but some of the furniture and decor are beginning to look rather tired and in need of updating.
