「The apartment is very quiet, spacious, tidy and clean. The reception is very friendly and helpful. We got all the information from the desk since day 1 we checked in. There’s 24 hours emergency hotline, We found that there’s no hot water at the mid-night. We called the emergency hotline, immediately someone came to fix the problem within few minutes. It’s a wonderful experience and definitely we will come again.」

「Had a great stay. A little oasis in the middle of the city. The rooms were all unique and the staff was very responsive. My only concern ahead of the trip was not knowing for sure if they had baggage storage if we arrived earlier, stayed in town after check-out. 「酒店的位置非常独特，往前走几步就到波河，附近也有都灵理工大学，隐藏着各种美食。位于Via Roma和Eataly的中间，走路过去差不多半个小时左右。附近就有火车站，地铁和公交车，还是挺方便的，实在达不到车的时候，也可以骑路边的mobike，但是价格比起国内贵多了，基本每10分钟就要7元多，而且车辆基本是按照外国人的体型设计，不建议身高偏爱的朋友骑自行车。 酒店的大堂非常有艺术性，前台小哥也非常热情，基本不用过多说明就能明白你的意思，也给予了我们很多帮助。」

「Wonderful hotel in Turino! The staff is amazing and so helpful! Our room was huge and we had 20 ft high ceilings! Huge tall windows! Great view! Very modern and clean! The only draw back was the mattress on the bed was very hard/firm. I think this is becoming more common in Europe. But it feels like sleeping on the floor it is so hard. Being from the United States, I am used to plush, pillow soft mattresses. I had to take Tylenol and Aleve to get through the night, My legs and hips were hurting...
