Camera grande e comoda piena di luce, con doccia immensa. Palestra piccola ma completa. Prima colazione nella media. Bellissimo che sia di fronte a Eataly!

Espeeienza positiva, avevo chiesto un letto matrimoniale e ho trovato però due letti comodi da 1 piazza e mezza. Nessuna pantofola di cortesia. Bagno molto bello. La colazione che non è compresa 17€/persona non valeva la spesa. Struttura accogliente e personale preparato. Parcheggio molto gradito

The temperature in the room upon arrival was 25+ celcius we requested assistance from hotel maintenance for use of a/c and someone came but was told room would cool within 20 minutes
No such luck next morning was 26.8 celcius in our room like a sauna really we later that morning requested that they resolve the issue but they did nothing they explained a law in Italy preventing use of a/c past October …
Oddly enough all our other stays in Italy during this holiday had a/c available and no issues
We stayed only because the rooms were pre- payed and no reimbursement offered
Then to top it all off the last day when we returned to our room we were greeted by 2 hand towels in the bidet rather than being placed on the wash basin it felt very offensive and intentional messaging by the housekeeping team
We informed the front desk who simply asked that we share the image with the room manager
We then left the room again for supper and upon our return we found an apology note and a voucher for a couple of drinks and some chocolate which was an attempt to repair the poor service once again but unfortunately by this time we both were beyond able to accept the continued poor service
