The staff were helpful. The location was quite close to the centre. No 4 tram takes you to to the station where you can walk the rest of the way. There is an amazing restaurant nearby called Sorriso which was recommended by yhe receptionist

Good 3.5 star hotel. Totally adequate for a couple of nights stay. Breakfast selection was good and the staff were helpful and friendly. I would book again if in Turin. Handy for the main railway station Porta Nuova. An pleasant 20 minute walk.

Great staff. Convenient location with tram lines taking you to most of the interesting parts of the city. Fair breakfast, lacking vegetables and fresh fruit. No sound from street or railway if you get a room towards the back yard.

I was very impressed with the variety of food presented during breakfast, there was a large variety of pastries, with gluten free options for thoes requiring it; they even had hot food. The room I was in was good however, I struggled to get hot water for my shower, this could have been due to the renovations taking place during my stay.

The hotel is in a very convenient location for me . The room, although warm, clean and modern, was not well designed, with little drawer space. The buffet breakfasts were adequate although with a very limited hot selection which ran out at times. Noise seemed to travel from adjoining rooms. However, the staff were very friendly and helpful.
