"A very nice and convenient place to stay, not only close to the city center but also close (right across the street) to the train station. The staff are all so nice and helpful, and everything are well maintained."

"Staff were pleasant and helpful. Great location if you like a good walk and close to so many wonderful restaurants outside the centre! The hotel feels like it was far grander in previous times - upkeep not maintained. Not providing basic amenities (1 soap dispenser and no shampoo, soap, lotion etc), is pretty poor these days. Breakfast smelled great but chose to each at local cafes. Didn’t realise the spa wasn’t free for guests"

"Great location, staff and price but the AC is more like a wall controlled fan which didn’t really do the job in the Italian heat and the shower didn’t just stay hot/cold but jumped between when it wanted. Cannot say enough about the staff being wonderful and really easy to check in and out and the room was clean and had personal touches."
