I have stayed in Residence Sacchi several times. They consistently provide excellent service. They offer apartments, not hotel rooms. The place is 4 blocks from the metro and railway station. Highly recommended.

Spacious, clean, and friendly. Has a washing machine, dish washer, microwave, air conditioning, dishes, pots and pan. Carrefour Express is within a few minutes walking for groceries. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful. Food orders can be received by the reception on behalf of customers. Would definitely come back on my next visit!

The apartment is spacious with good size bedroom and sitting room. Condition is very basic. It's next to a busy road and train lines, so it's quite noisy as you can hear the trams all the time.

Great location, lovely apartment

The check in was quick and efficient, and there is a nice courtyard to sit in outside reception. Parking was easy with spaces reserved for the hotel outside and it was free for the weekend (if you manage to get a space!). We stayed in a studio room (number 12) and it was lovely, the air conditioning was great, comfortable bed and sofa and lots of kitchen amenities. We would stay here again, great value for money and friendly staff. The hotel is only 10 minutes walk from the historical centre, and across from the train station so very handy for moving around Turin!

Roomy, great shower, excellent towels, nice communal private area for leasure and a smoke. Good English TV channels for Italy. Ceiling a bit low for tall people approaching 2 meters like me. Great service. The front desk help of Carlita, Gabriel and Stan were very attentive.

With so many room style I suspect your exp will be subjective to the room style. I had a "suite". I quite liked it. The view from the balcony of the train station, trains plus street was a highlight of the stay. AC and everything else worked great. Room bathroom was huge for just one person. The person who checked me in also gave me a great pizza resto recommendation. Only oddball thing was the kitchen had zero utensils. Kind of pointless to have a kitchen without utensils...? Also enjoyed the neighbourhood just behind the hotel. Not touristy and nice/safe slice of Torino life.

Excellent service bad timing for us

The service was excellent. The receptionists went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. The hotel had roofers working Saturday morning from 7:30am to 6:30pm. We had a big skylight on our bathroom. We could not take a shower all day. We woke up early because of the noise and couldn’t take a nap in the afternoon either. There were tricks we had to learn the hard way or never at all. The hair dryer only works when the bathroom lights are on, the tv had tricks too, but we gave up watching. The decoration is from the 70s and that could be a good thing for some but not for others. We liked it.

Horrible stay!!

We were given a flat at the side overlooking the street. We could not sleep -as if we were homeless sleeping at the tram stop (tram went by all night long). The matress was too hard & the pillow even harder, like a stone. Very low quality. The flat was big but ugly (shabby furniture). No sound isolation whatsoever, could hear everyone & everything happening at the corridor (on top of outside). We then moved to a ground floor flat that was extremely dark & dirty (stains on the floor). The person sleeping at the sofa-bed (that was broken, not flat cos mechanism was broken) woke up with accute back pain in the middle of the night & could not sleep afterwards. No TV was working in any of the 2 flats. WiFi was not working properly in the 2nd flat. When asked to stay 1 hour later than 11am (check out time) the last day, the manager told us we'd have to...pay!!! After they got more than 500€ for a couple of days of horrible accommodation! The audacity! Honestly, this is a rip-off!!! Avoid this hotel & its money-hungry manager at all costs! Plenty of other good hotels nearby that are not more expensive...

Apartamento Bellini, cómodo. Solo die cápsule di caffè e non ci sono parcheggi a disposizione. Sé tutta la struttura ha 4 posti non è possibile Annunciarla come avendo servizio parking. Strano asciugacapelli a muro per un albergo 4 stelle, solo in italia è possibile. Dispenser per il sapone non riempiti, peccato che abbiano lasciato le monoporzioni poco ecologiche. Il Resto è ok, silenzioso e centrale

Ottimo residence in zona centrale

Ottimo residence, posizionato accanto a Torino Porta nuova, zona centralissima. 1 parcheggio interno a pagamento, alcuni posti gratuiti lungo strada (pochi per la quantità di appartamenti...). Personale gentile e affabile, molto disponibile e cordiale. Ci hanno informazioni precise, corrette e suggerimenti per migliorare il nostro soggiorno. Appartamento in ottime condizioni, migliorabili infissi, leggermente rumoroso al passaggio dei treni, ma noi abbiamo continuato a dormire.. il soppalco al primo piano poteva essere dotato di inferriata si sicurezza alla finestra in caso di presenza bambini. Dotazioni cucina impeccabili (piano induzione, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, stoviglie); 1 divano letto da 1 posto più divano al piano terra, letto matrimoniale e 1 divano letto sul soppalco; doppia televisione con sky; cabina armadio spaziosa. Pulizie giornaliere incluse nel prezzo, oltre ad acqua e 1 bottiglia di spumante all'arrivo. Sicuramente raccomandabile! Ristoranti e bar nei pressi (compreso Museo del Cioccolato) e zona tranquilla e sicura pur vicino alla stazione

Muito bom

Muito bom e bem localizado. Ficamos em um apartamento muiyo confortável e espaçoso nesse hotel. Quarto e banheiro localizado no mezzanino, sala , cozinha e outro banheiro no nivel inferior. Cozinha completa com tudo o que é necessário para uso. Tem uma feira ao ar livre diária (pelas manhãs) a uma quadra do hotel e um carrefour express a duas quadras . Recomendo
