It was 80° in our room every minute that we were there, the window was only opened about 2 inches on each side, so none of the hot air from the hotel hallway could escape. There is no air-conditioning so warning about that. "

"I have no complaints - I felt the staff, decor etc were what you would find in four-star hotels in some European countries. As soon as you arrive, a friendly door-man was there to assist - not only when you arrive with luggage but upon every return from an outing. What was precious - the wonderful Nice:Matin"

"It is definitely an older hotel; overall, great option hotel for Lincoln Square. Lots of food options and shops around. The hotel is foodless, no snacks, drinks, nor breakfast. My only upset is that the entire hotel lacks microwaves. I had most of my amazing lasagna from Cafe Friellos stored in the fridge but no way of heating it up. Bummer."
