"Our bedding (box spring cover)was disgusting. Spoke with cleaning lady who was very kind and changed bedding. The first night, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. We only had one wash cloth, no hand towels in our room, asked for more but they didn't have any to give. The second morning, we woke up to no water! Didn't get water before having to check out. Stopped at front desk to talk to manager and was told there wasn't one there. I asked for a number and he said he would give me the hotel number and a name. The name doesn't match the name on the email I got. I did try calling hotel but didn't get an answer, sent to voice mail box that was full, so no way to contact hotel."
