「Clean spacious room, friendly staff, nice property, easy check-in/out. Nice breakfast!」

「Very nice hotel. We really enjoyed it. The only thing to note is that parking is public lot/street parking only, which was totally fine for us since we’re from the area. However, it’s something out-of-town guests may want to keep in mind. They do have a loading zone, but depending on the time you arrive, you may need to park a few blocks away.」

「No trash cans in the room? Not sure why. Tv would not work says no WiFi and not channels for signal. Tried to call the main office with no answer. All WiFi networks were locked. Google says this place is permanently closed so that’s also weird. Overall room was clean but definitely looked like they were still remodeling. No dishes but stove and everything in room also weird usually when we stay anywhere with a stove there’s at least plates and silverware. 」

「It wasn’t horrible, but it was far from great. The rooms were unkept. Surfaces not wiped completely, some weird liquid stain on the wall by the bed & floors that were definitely not mopped, maybe(??) swept… The restaurant being closed was pretty disappointing, especially since breakfast is supposed to be included in the stay, if I’m not mistaken. A heads up during booking would have been greatly appreciated. Either way, a little less focus on the “already gorgeous” (as stated by an employee)...

「Love it. Have stayed here both times I have been in Grand Rapids. Easy in and out access to the main road. Well maintained pool and hot tub. The rooms are quiet, can’t hear other guests. Breakfast choices rotate so if staying more than one day, you get something different.」
