「The staff was very helpful when I change my stay from 3 night to 2 nights. They also were nice enough to change me from a 2nd floor room to the first floor when they found out that I was having a knee replacement. The ebening after my surgery my sister went to the Bar/Restaurant and was able to get us someting to eat which was very good. 「The room was clean, shower, staff, all very good. Unfortunately the whole building needs to get knocked down, and redone. Very old building.」

「I didn't like the fire alarm going off at 11am when you get in at 4 am and no warning what so ever! The manager lied and said they have no idea when the are coming to test the alarms I call bu You don't just test alarms that is poor management. Was only compensated 1 day when there mistake ruined 2 days! Never again unless management is replaced!」

「I want to give this quaint hotel five stars. The place is beautiful, the staff are super friendly and helpful and professional! The restaurant was Devine - top notch food and spirits! It’s just that it’s not restful. We were up until the staff were done for the night, then other guests filtered in making their own racket. It’s an old house - so it’s truly not meant or designed to be sound-proof. Outside of the disruptions, this was a fantastic stay!」

「Driving from Michigan to New Hampshire I was looking for a convenient, affordable place to stop for the night. Located right off the NY Thruway in Utica, this was the perfect place. Clean, cheap, and quiet. Discovering Willie’s Bagel Cafe at the motel entrance was a bonus! The veggie omelette and fresh coffee were the fuel I needed to get back on the road. Be sure to go early, they get busy around 8.」

「The hotel is situated in a good location. There is a few restaurants within walking distance. The beds are comfortable and the staff is very helpful. My only complain is that there is no free coffee in the lobby. It is nice that they have it in the room but if the housekeeping doesn't clean your room you have to refill on the coffee or cups. Thank for the two bottles of water in the room.」
