Find Hotel with a Concierge in Civic District

newly renovated. it is too high tech. we need to use the iPad for almost everything. very stressful. unfortunate because we are going to relax. the tiffin room staff are very inexperienced and forgetful of the orders. the new breakfast system is not easy to use. we order something hot and then we must cater to ourselves. we expect full service from an hotel such as Raffles. the writers bar is completely new and we miss the atmosphere of the old bar.

We booked the Prestige Room with a harbor view and lounge services. So far, the lounge is the best I’ve experienced. The staff are friendly, the food quality is excellent, and the room is well soundproofed and impeccably clean.

I always love a Fairmont- wonderful room with a comfortable bed, robe & slippers, & amenities like a well-appointed gym. This one in particular has a fantastic location attached to a high-end mall with tons of food options, an MRT stop, and across the street from one of the hop on-hop off bus stops. Also walkable to the Gardens by the Bay if you stay hydrated! It took me about 25 min to walk there. The staff were also fabulous and so thoughtful: for example they noticed one morning I’d bought a...

The Carleton is my #1 choice when in Singapore The value and location is my main reasons for choosing the Carleton over all other hotels in the area. The Raffles Hotel, Chines and Raffles City mall is literally a walk across the street. There is a food pavilion with small restaurants and bars with live entertainment and TV's for sports in the lower courtyard. The MRT is a short walk. The Buffet is good and their Chinese restaurant is even better. For value comparison J.W in Southbeach " which is...

We liked the old feeling of the hotel plus looked kinda old European. May have been a shop house in the past. So we loved the ambiance . The room was also very spacious for three adults.

We were put for three nights at the Ritz Carlton millennium because of the overbooking at the Capitol Kempinski. It was very disappointing and also it was the first time in our many travels to 6 continents that we were placed in a different hotel due to overbooking. But it was also an incredibly satisfying experience of how Kempinski staff, and especially their Revenue and Distribution Manager took care of us to make up for the disappointment. She was truly wonderful; professional, friendly and...

Great straff and lovely breakfast. Highly recommend

Great location to see many sights in Singapore. Quality hotel. Would stay there again. Thanks Pullman Hotel Hill Street!

Wonderful and convenient hotel. Very helpful and responsive team at front desk. Outstanding location - centrally located with easy access to most places via public transit and / or walk. Located above a mall with fantastic food options.

Naumi is a small boutique establishment with excellent location. We felt incredibly welcomed by the staff and management at Naumi, making us feel at home away from home. Since we were a family with kids the hotel made sure that the rooms were adjacent. The staff is ever ready to help you, sort your plans by offering advise on shopping, attractions and dining alike. In particular Michelle was genuinely very helpful, informative and personable. The rooms are modern and well furnished and...

Property was well maintained and accessible to all and everything we needed to do. The MRT and the bus stations are around the corner. The staff were friendly and helpful by every means. Will stay at this place again.

Lovely place, elegant and conveniently located.

We had an overnight stay in Singapore and wanted a small hotel near the center of the city. The Adonis was perfect - in price, location, and amenities.

I loved the location also the staff The only thing is that the room is quite small for 2

I stayed at the Summer View Hotel for three nights in July 2015. I traveled alone, but my room had two twin beds. The room was modern, spacious, and very clean. There were also several power outlets. The elevator is fast too. The only problem I had was with the bath plug; it didn’t work. During my stay, the lobby was undergoing renovation, but it did not create much nuisance or disruption in service. The staff was always very friendly and efficient. After check-out, I was able to keep my...
