「住縮非常污糟，樓下酒吧有很多飲醉的人嘈吵尖叫到半夜時份都不能入睡，而且房門外有很多閒雜人等，感覺治安很差，除了價錢平宜外，其他一概一文不值，有生以來不會再入住了」

「A little remote, but in a nice environment. Nice and cosy, and run by a old couple. The only drawback for an overall top marks is because of the shower, although it is newly installed, it is difficult to operate and the water pressure is somewhat too low to have a nice shower. The worst part is the wall inside the shower cubicle is dirty but consider the old couple are working hard to run the hotel and also the nice letters restaurants, so it is not a complaint, just would like to point it...

「Good: The room is big relative to its price. The bed is comfortable. The price is cheap. Bad: The key doesn't function well and it is hard to open the door. There is no fan or air conditioner. The area is unsafe. Toilet is smelly when I move in and I have to wash myself. There is no house keeping. It is also a pub so it is noisy at night. It closes at 11pm on weekdays but not sure about weekend. It is better to check yourself if you want to live on weekend.」

「The facilities needed to be renew, toilet seat was not fit to the toilet bowl, bed was too soft for me. We can hear people talking downstairs or walking outside. That's fine to stay 1 night.」

「The hotel is beautiful with excellent staff members who can't do enough for you. The restaurant food is lovely and the breakfast included is such good value for money. Everyone was very happy on the business trip. One only issue is the guest Wifi is quite weak from the upstairs rooms so had to come to the bar to do some work. Thank you Himley House for an amazing stay!!」

「Check in was a breeze, Bryan checked our photo id,took our payment then explained about access after hours and directed us to our room. We had booked a room with 2 single beds and found it to be very clean and comfortable, not the biggest of rooms but we were only sleeping there so didn't bother us in the slightest. Returned about half ten to a karaoke night in the down stairs function room where bryan invited us to join in but we didn't. Had a couple of very reasonably priced drinks and...

「It is a 'quirky' older hotel with some nice features. Our room was decorated with purple wallpaper covered with pink hearts and had a plastic flower covered swing in the middle of the room. The bed was very high and quite hard to get in or out of. A small stool would have been useful. Some of the other rooms appeared to be very small. On the plus side the building is old (how many centuries?) with lots of character. The food in the pub was excellent - both the included breakfast and the optional...
