The room was comfortable and the bathroom good. The staff were very helpful but were let down by the cab company they recommended, which arrive 30 minutes late and failed to bring us back to hotel. Breakfast was good.

Unfortunately for the hotel there is a pub very close that is loud, very loud music playing until early hours The hotel itself is clean however run down and needs some general maintenance

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable but some food crumbs on carpet suggests that it had not been cleaned properly after the last guest was in. Arrived for breakfast just before the end of time. I felt a bit hurried as the staff were removing most items even though there were other guests still in the breakfast room. I didn't have any other meals at the hotel and didn't need any parking.

The hotel is a very old building and internally it did look a bit tired but the room was clean and well stocked. Some rooms are in one building and rest are above the pub. Would definitely book again as very convenient to NEC
