"We were delayed on our flight and unable to check our voicemail, and this was beyond our control. I didn’t realize my credit card hadn’t been charged yet. We were exhausted and it was after midnight, but the service was excellent. A special shout-out to Cynthia, who graciously accommodated us with a room—even after midnight—which prevented a potential nightmare with three young kids. She also arranged a shuttle for us, which was a wonderful bonus since it had already ended. A big thank-you to Julius as well, who was ready to go home but flexed to pick us up from the airport. I highly recommend Cynthia, a gem with outstanding customer service, and Julius for his hard work and friendly demeanor. The hotel is well-kept, kid-friendly, and offers a convenient shuttle to the airport."

"Check-in was a nightmare. Rooms were not ready and more than a dozen members of a wedding party had nowhere to change clothes and dress for the wedding or get on the reserved shuttle bus."

"Very warn down accommodation and very unreliable service (they added extra charges to our bill and would provide itemized receipt when asked. We not friendly or willing to help just said we need to speak with a manager who wasn’t working). Would not recommend this place!"

" The room was tiny and there was a leak and it was raining outside. The staff seemed super overwhelmed but they we’re still super nice and has the patience of a saint, I actually feel bad for the staff, because the type of people that go to this hotel are uneducated, loud, ghetto, and basically, all degenerates just looking for a place to get a couple of hours to party and maybe indulge in fornication with the ladies of the night for lack of better words lol "
