"Just stayed for a night. The room was great. Staff of the hotel were kind and helpful. The only thing negative I have to say is about the restaurant. I asked for a simple replacement because of an allergy and they refused to do it. I wanted to replace beef chorizo with chicken sausage in a breakfast burrito and was told no. Seems like a simple thing to keep a customer happy. I had to order a side of chicken sausage for an extra $5."

"The hotel was centrally located and very clean. All the staff I had interacted with were extremely friendly and helpful. We even got there around noon and they were able to check us in early. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Richmond!"
