"This makes the second Moxy we have stayed at and both times it did not disappoint. In fact this trip we seek out a Moxy because of experience at the one in Kentucky. All staff members we interacted with from the valet attendant to check in and bar staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed playing pool and some other games in the lobby and always enjoy the laid-back and trendy atmosphere. We took a nice walk from the hotel to the riverfront, which was beautiful at sunset."

"Our second time at the Berkeley, and we’ll definitely back. My only complaint is that, like last time, my friend arrived a little bit before I did. Last time, the front desk person allowed her to go ahead and check in to the room. But this time, a different front desk person wouldn’t allow it unless she paid for the room herself, so she had to sit in the lobby for almost an hour until I got there. I understand that there are rules and policies in place for a reason, but I also know that exceptions can be made. Unfortunately, the front desk person was completely unwilling to work with us, which was disappointing. As I said, we’ll be back. But a little bit of flexibility in that situation would have been nice."
