「The staff was wonderful here. The bed was comfy and the happy hour and breakfast were a huge plus. Our room had some things falling apart though like the ceiling paint in the bathroom was bubbled up and peeling. There also appeared to be mildew along the bathroom tub and wall. The inside of the door looked like it had water damage and was falling a part.」

「The hotel grand hall is beautiful and the hotel itself is very unique. There are only 1 set of elevators and they are not conveniently located to reaching your room. Any guest with mobility issues will have difficulty. Our room had not been cleaned well before our arrival as evidence of a pair of dirty socks left by the chair and coffee grounds on the Kleenex box and television cabinet. It took two trips to the front desk to get this issue resolved.」

「The staff was so nice and helpful at check in and through out the night coming and going. The property is beautiful. It was within walking distance of major attractions in the area. You do have to pay for parking which I wasn’t aware of; I may have just missed that in the description. So that was a bummer. But overall was perfect location and just what we needed for our concert」
