「Boutique hotel that retains a welcoming feeling. Super well designed with thoughtful touches throughout. For example, the locally made, complimentary chocolates were the prettiest chocolates I’ve ever come across! Neighborhood is in one of St. Louis’ historic districts, and very walkable to a big park, coffee shop, and other restaurants. On a lovely fall day, there were lots of people walking around, biking, enjoying life—so it felt really cohesive with the vibes/intention of the hotel, i.e....

「Drury might not be a luxury hotel, but it is the most generous and responsible hotel I have ever stayed with. This hotel really complies its aim to create happy customers. In my view, they do it much better than those 4-star and 5-star hotels. Drury offers not only free hot breakfast, but also simple hot dinner (though they called it “snack”). Good coffee is provided at lobby all day. No resort fee. Over night parking is the only extra charge. The parking lot conveniently located to an...

「This was a beautiful hotel. We did not realize until too late that check-in times were limited. And we really missed having a fridge in our room. The manager did let us use the fridge in the upstairs lounge but that was shared with another group of people.」

「周围景点很多，非常方便」

「I would give 5 star if wasn’t for the AC unit blow directly to my bed( can’t adjust), and the room doesn’t have a light but only a small table lamp. considering the price, 4 star should do it, they really keep it clean, very nice public area and kitchen, staff are very friendly. Even though they don’t provide breakfast, during weekends, they do have a lot of free fresh fruits, donuts, and good quality coffee. They also give you 2 bottles of water in your room as well as a complimentary small...

「I used Expedia to set up my stay. I was quoted a King bed with a pull out sofa, I no opted for the breakfast selection both days of my stay. When I checked in I was told there would be a $20 a night fee for Parking and that our third party check in should have told us. Then got to room and no sofa in room. At check out the 2 breakfast charges show up against my credit card I used for incidentals. Each time I brought it up I got the third party vendor should have included or told you. No one took...

「Very nice place to stay.」

「First of all the front desk staff of Xon, Jay are truly the most professional hotel staff I’ve ever experienced. Kindness and genuine superior humans that understand many staying here are because someone they love is at Barnes Jewish Hospital. But most of all the best manager is Karen! 1000% customer service extraordinaire! Understands her job her hotel and all the complexities that come with a hospital attached all the while handling the groups of outside events. She deserves 20Stars honestly!...
