"Very pet friendly; disappointing breakfast offerings; room was not very clean. We asked twice to have the floor washed but it was still dirty. The lookout over the water was lovely and we enjoyed morning coffee watching the boats but were disappointed that there was no water access other than the boat launch for which we had to pay extra. "

"The room was very clean. The staff friendly and helpful. You could walk to the Manatee park. A 7/11 is right next door. And a Publix in in the next block. Overall a nice place to stay."

"There was hair in the bed and on the wall in the shower. The shower head holder was broken and it would only attach to the wall about stomach height and would spray water all onto the bathroom floor. "

"Rooms were is horrible condition and smelled like sewage. I have never seen a room in such horrible condition. "

"Great place to stop on our travels up north. Easy access to the highway. The rooms have been completely redone except for the original bathroom/shower part, and are clean and modern with the LVP flooring and modern furniture. There was no smell despite it being an older building. The pool area was in great condition too. The breakfast was a bit meager, but that didn't bother us. "
