「AMAZINGLY customer service oriented. Bereníce, staff, SO attentive, kind & thorough. Prior to arrival, resort administrator engaged to make personalized arrangements. Wifi steady & stable. Jacuzzi a plus. For arrival, standard vehicle OK (albeit slow w potholes with some portions being unpaved roads), but 4x4 might be helpful. Highly recommend to get away from it all to chill. I travel a lot, and I would go back. 」

「En primera instancia la habitación que reservamos tiene algunas reparaciones en la cerámica muy despectivas, el hotel se encuentra en proceso de mejoras generales de la infraestructura por lo que espero mejoren estas condiciones. Se comunicó al personal del hotel que no estábamos a gusto por las condiciones de la habitación y sin problema nos resolvieron cambiar de habitación por una mucho mejor. Agradecemos la atención y el servicio.」

「The property and surroundings were beautiful. The room was very nice and fit our family of four perfectly. We loved hearing the nature noise maker surrounding us and the nature hike was really fun too. I would recommend a 4x4 to get to the property, it is a good ways up a bumpy road.」

「The property is truly wonderful—a perfect place to find peace of mind, reset, detach, and return as a better person. I only wish I had more time to stay, perhaps even a month or two, because it’s definitely a place I plan to revisit. The commute through the resort involves quite a few hills, which at times felt like a workout, but I like to think of it as built-in cardio—almost like hiking. The food was absolutely outstanding—five stars, maybe even ten. I highly recommend this place to anyone...
