"Shower bathrooms were dirty, food was horrible and breakfast set up was very difficult since hotel is full to capacity "

"Rooms were nice,clean and roomy.... kitchen utilities minimal, the staff was friendly and accomodating....breakfast was great and lots of space to sit and eat... pool was very small water was quite cloudy my son couldnt see with his goggles on lol....elevator was broken down good thing was only 4 level hotel... not directly the fault of the hotel but there were a few kids sporting teams staying there and they were running up and down the halls yelling and banging the walls/out of control 2 of the 3 nights ... "

"We had to wait in the lobby past 5:30pm for our room that was supposed to be a 4pm check in. We were told there were “too many” early check ins and they were cleaning. After travelling 8+ hours and my mom across countries 12+ hours. Upon arriving to the room, my sheets had star glitter/confetti? Inside of them. So they were not even changed. No garbage bags in the garbage and the shower had hair all near the drain. we were given ONE free breakfast for the trouble with the wait. Which we did not even use as my family of 4 is not going to fight over who deserves the meal. "
